MarkJunior.com, operated by Hontola Oy (Business ID: 3621413-1), wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights regarding returns, refunds, and the EU right of withdrawal.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you indicate) receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at info@markjunior.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form provided under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, or simply email us with your order number.

Returns

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact info@markjunior.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return if sealed for hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery, or if custom-made to your specification, as permitted under applicable consumer protection law.
